Paul helped me find a mortgage lender, guided me through the pre-approval process, answered every question I had about the VA loan application, and recommended an inspector who was incredibly thorough. Paul walked me through the home with the inspection to educate me on repairs, household maintenance, and my vision for the home. From listing and open house, through inspections and negotiations, all the way to closing, it felt like my contract was at the top of his list.
